The Rules:
All ballots must be received no later than August 10,
2007. Only one ballot per person will be accepted.
Each ballot must be at least 50 percent complete in order
to be eligible. No photocopied ballots or phone calls
regarding ballots will be accepted. To select winners,
ballots will be drawn at random by a member of our staff,
and the winners will be notifi ed by mail. Participation will
be open to all readers 18 and older (except employees
